SummerTree Project Chronology
SummerTree was formed with the express intent of providing high quality new homes for families in Sonoma County. This goal has been met through the creation of 721 homes and home sites over the past 19 years.
Baker Ranch (11 lots, 10 Luxury Homes/ 2002-2003)
Baker Ranch is located on 5 acres in northeast Petaluma. Nine luxury homes averaging 2400
square feet will be constructed. Another single level home will be built with 3300 square
feet. Construction has begun, with sellout projected for Summer 2003.

Creek View (37 Homes / 1983- 84)
This was the first SummerTree neighborhood. It was located in Santa Rosas Rincon Valley at
Badger Road. Homes were priced from $92,500 to $104,500 and featured 3,4 and 5 bedroom floor
plans. Construction began in 6/83 and all sales closed within 13 months.
Larkfield Meadows (45 Homes / 1985-86)
Located on Airport Boulevard, north of Santa Rosa, Larkfield Meadows offered homes ranging in
size from 1180 to 1660 square feet with 3 and 4 bedrooms. They were priced from $96,500 to
$112,000. Construction began in 8/85 and all construction completed and sales closed within
12 months.
Holly Tree Estates (25 Homes / 1986-87)
Featuring floor plans ranging in size from 1550 to 2200 square feet, these northwest Santa
Rosa homes sold from $145,000 to $160,000. Construction began 9/86. All sales were final by
8/87.
Summertree Park (518 Single Family Lots / 1986-88)
This land inWindsor, California was purchased from a local Savings and Loan Association in
August of 86, subdivided into 518 lots and sold to a builder in May of 1988. At the time it
was the second largest single residential subdivision in Sonoma County history.
Mark West Estates (4 Homes / 1988-89)
These four luxury homes in Northeast Santa Rosa sold for $295,000 each and featured 2500
square feet of living area.and 6/94.
Foxhaven Farm (Luxury 5-Acre Estate/ 1990-91)
This unique estate was constructed on 5 wooded acres with a creek in Northeast Santa Rosa.
The home featured 4500 square feet of living area and 2500 square feet of covered porch.
It sold for $1,040,000 in July of 1991.
Wishing Well ( 14 Homes/ 1994-95)
Very affordable in its day, The Wishing Well offered 1188 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath,
single-story homes for $155,000 in Santa Rosa. Tandem (two spaces, end to end) garages were
an unusual feature. The project was sold out by 6/95.
High Grove ( 13 Homes/ 1996-97)
Located in a stand of Redwood trees in northwest Santa Rosa, High Grove was a subdivision
of 4,000 square foot lots and 1200 square foot homes. The project was built and sold on
schedule for an average of $165,000 per house.
Berry Brook (43 Homes/ 1998-'2000)
Located in northeast Santa Rosa, this former orchard became a 43-home project with floorplans
from 1950 to 2600 square feet offering 3 and 4 bedrooms and 2 ? baths. These luxurious homes
featured deep lots averaging almost 8,000 square feet. All the homes sold and closed by
January, 2000 at an average of $325,000.
